Prof. Fedele  focused on cardiorespiratory pathophysiology, pathophysiology of ischemic heart disease, Hypertension and myocardial hypertrophy, etc. He has published 800 publications, edited on National and International Journals, regarding several research fields, as Cardiorespiratory Pathophysiology, Pathophysiology of Ischemic Heart Disease, Acute Myocardial Infarction, Sistemic and Pulmonary Hypertension, Heart Failure, Computerizing, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Echocardiography (mono-bidimensional, Doppler, Tissue Doppler Imaging, Three-dimensional Echocardiography) and Clinical Pharmacological Therapy.
