On behalf of Organizing Committee of The second edition of PCR-CIT China Chengdu Valves (PCCV), it is our privilege to invite you to participate this conference which will be held at Jinjiang Hotel from Friday, November 4 through Sunday, November 6, 2016.
Under the joint-organization of PCR, CIT (China Interventional Therapeutics), and West China Hospital of Sichuan University,it will be organized based on the successful experience of PCR London Valves and focused on transcatheteraortic valve implantation (TAVI) under the aim of sharing knowledge, experience and practice and providing patients with better treatment. This conference will use basic skill training through hands-on practice, live demonstration, academic lectures and case-based discussions to help improve the ability of doctors in China and the AsianPacific region to use this technology and hopefully promote its development for the benefits of the patients.

4. On-site registration time: 4th November (Friday) 08:00-21:00, 5th November (Saturday) 08:00-18:00, 6th November (Sunday) 08:00-12:00.
5. Invoice: Invoice of registration and accommodationfeeswill be available during on-site registration period at the registration counter, certificates of remittanceor registration will be required.
6. Course materials collection: Please collect the course materials at the registration counter upon proof of payment or registration; group participants should collect the materials in a group.
7. Any registrant who needs to cancel their registration after pre-payment, please submit the notification of cancellationto the organizing committeein a written letter (or email)before 4th October, 2016 (10% processing fee will be charged). Registrants who have made payment for registration fees but failed to participate won’t get refund.
