In real world practice the primary PCI represents the gold standard treatment for STEMI, even the absence of a well established network for acute MI, Cardiologist in the belt an droad countries are doing their best to provide PPCI to all the STEMI patient.

Delayed presentation is the main reason not to get reperfusion therapy. Though PPCI is the preferred treatment option, patients financial condition is the main constraint. Even with limited resources we are doing our best to provide standard PPCI.
