国际机械循环辅助学会（International Society for Mechanical Circulatory Support, ISMCS），是全球机械循环辅助领域最具影响力的组织之一，每年举办的年会，吸引着全球同行的目光，为全世界的机械循环辅助领域的同路人提供了国际化、专业化、多元化的交流平台。
2024年11月13-15日，会议将在日本宇都宫市举行，线上投稿通道现已开启，欢迎各位同仁踊跃投稿，让世界看到来自中国的“声音”！
会议亮点，先睹为快
携手知名学会，感受不同视角下的学术碰撞
本次会议联合日本心力衰竭协会举办心衰、AMI休克专题会，邀请心血管领域知名内外科医师，共同探讨心室辅助装置临床之路。此外还有热点研究DanGer AMI-shock试验的主要研究者Jacob Eifer Møller博士也将出席本次大会。
同时大会联合ICCAC（国际VAD协调员组织），就患者自我管理VAD以减轻护理人员的负担，以及使用远程监实现无需看护者的VAD管理的诸多话题展开讨论。
聚焦VAD在亚洲地区的发展前景
近年来，VAD技术发展取得了突破，已发展成终末期心衰的标准治疗手段之一。亚洲地区特别是中国VAD临床应用数量不断增加，目前共有四种型号的中国品牌VAD正在投入使用，本次大会也将聚焦于此，分享中国VAD临床应用经验，搭建国际交流合作平台。
医生和工程师“双向奔赴”
本次大会汇聚了来自世界各地多位心脏专家、发明家及相关科研人员。在13个议题中，有4个议题围绕工程师设置，临床医生作为主持参与，为医工结合领域的创新和发展提供了新思路和新方案。
此外，大会议题涵盖了用于HFpEF（射血分数保留的心力衰竭）的房内VAD、中国的经皮VAD、BiVACOR TAH的人体首次应用经验、促进心脏逆向重塑的微电流装置、使用CardioMEMS™ HF系统（INTELLECT 2-HF研究）或ActiCare系统进行的心力衰竭远程监测等多个精彩主题。
架起国际合作交流的桥梁
ISMCS 2024大会的目标之一是促进各国各领域的友好关系发展，因此本次大会特别设置了会场休息室（202室）。同时在11月14日，安排了VAD（包括Corheart-6和CH-VAD (BRIOVAD)）“实战演练”实验室，帮助参与医生们第一时间了解国际前沿器械与技术。
Highlights
1.The first is that we have two sessions on cardiology. There have been no new VADs in recent years, and it has been pointed out that there is a sense of stagnation in the area of MCS. In order to overcome this, we think that the perspective of a cardiologist is important, so we plan a joint symposium with the Japanese Heart Failure Society and a session on AMI shock. Dr. Jacob Eifer Møller, the principal investigator of the DanGer AMI-shock trial, which has recently become a hot topic, will also join us.
2.The second is a joint symposium with ICCAC, an international organization of VAD coordinators. As devices evolve, safety has improved, giving patients more freedom. We would like to discuss VAD management by patients themselves to reduce the burden on caregivers, and VAD management without caregivers using remote monitoring.
3. The third is regarding the rapid spread of VAD treatment in Asia. In particular, in China, four models of VAD made in China are used, and there is a rapid development of VAD treatment.
4. There will be four topics for engineers among 13 topics, and clinicians will be included as chairs and speakers, and we want to make it a meeting where clinicians and engineers can discuss at the same venue, which is a characteristic of this congress. In addition, we will discuss new pumps including intra-atrial VAD for HFpEF, Chinese percutaneous VAD, First-in-Human experience of BiVACOR TAH, microcurrent devices that propagate cardiac reverse remodeling, remote monitoring of heart failure using the CardioMEMS™ HF system (INTELLECT 2-HF Study) or the ActiCare system, and more.
5. One of the objectives of ISMCS 2024 is to emphasize networking. In other words, making friends. To that end, we have coffee in room 202 next to the conference venue (room 201) so that we can continue the discussion there and talk about other things. A wet lab using VADs including Corheart-6 and CH-VAD (BRIOVAD)) is also scheduled in the morning of November 14, so we hope that it will be a place to meet the experts and new pumps.
