JACC:Asia编委、香港中文大学威尔士亲王医院李沛威教授分享了心脏超声在瓣膜病介入治疗中的作用：从评估瓣膜功能到引导治疗和术后监测，心脏超声都能提供重要的信息。会后，李沛威教授接受了严道医声网的采访，分享了他在论文写作者和杂志审稿人双重身份下，加入JACC:Asia后的心路。
严道医声网：祝贺JACC:Asia @ Great Wall专场成功召开，首先想请您谈谈，您选择这个讲题是如何考虑的？
严道医声网：自加入JACC: Asia以来，您最大的感受是什么？
李沛威教授：
在我加入JACC:Asia大家庭后，身为论文写作者和该杂志的审稿人，我深感欣慰，也极具热情。因为我可以在我的祖国，收到来自全亚洲，甚至全世界的研究文章，我认为这是一项极具挑战性，也很难得的工作经历。
严道医声网：在循证医学背景下，您觉得JACC:Asia在构建亚洲循证医学证据的过程中有着什么样的重要意义？

The paper I published as a review article on JACC:Asia was about echocardiographic imaging for structural heart intervention. It's a review article I spend time to write with many Asian patients association in echocardiography. This is about echocardiographic imaging for all the structural intervention, including MitraClip and TriClip.
After I joined JACC:Asia family,as an article writer and also as a reviewer for many articles submitted to the Journal,I find it very comforting and enthusiastic. Because I was able to stay at my home country，and comment on the articles from Asia and around the world. I think it is very challenging and very difficult to get this experience.
So this is the real world scenario we encounter every day, that the collection of data and evidence to improve the medicines. And I think Asia must have an important force in it. JACC:Asia has allowed authors from Asia to submit articles, gathering information all over the world and from Asia. So I think this kind of contribution is inevitable. And it's going to contribute to the world literature.
